Increasing employee retention rate through new development program: Stretch@KP.

Stretch@KP is a program that enables connections across the entire organization by matching Kaiser Permanente employees who want to professionally or personally advance themselves, with those in need of resources. 

The program encourages new ways of working, increases employee engagement, and helps people find their passion - all while driving results for the organization. The team wanted to increase collaboration across the organization by inspiring and mobilizing talent at all levels, and across all divisions, so every employee has equitable access to opportunities. Participants get to learn new skills, build their network, gain management experience, connect to a cause, support diversity, and save the organization money by utilizing internal talent.
